Yet another solid display for Wales has shown how Gareth Bale is keeping the pedal to the metal in the early weeks of the campaign, an intent which the Welshman wants to carry throughout the entire season.
Now back to Real Madrid duty, the winger will be thrown into an intense run of six games in 18 days for Los Merengues as the Champions League kicks off once again.
"It's important to win LaLiga because I've not won it, but we'll try our best to win everything we can," Bale told a sponsorship event.
"Facing Osasuna in the league excites me a lot, we know it'll be a tough game but we have the squad almost altogether and that's very important."
Having taken his country to the semi-finals of Euro 2016, the Real attacker is now hoping to lead the Dragons to the next World Cup.
"We know that in 1958 Wales reached the quarter-finals and it would be amazing to do that again, but first we must actually reach the World Cup," added Bale.
"Qualifying for the European Championship was a milestone but we don't want it to be a one-off."/ShikoNews
